In this fall 2020, you may be wondering how you are going to plan your next winter vacations, with health restrictions that change frequently. Let’s clarify this with 3 useful information to book your ski and snowboard lessons with Ski Cool with your eyes closed.

  • Update of our cancellation policy and refund conditions 
Ski Cool already reimburses 100% of the lesson if the cancellation is notified 48 hours before the day of the lesson, with or without Covid-19 reason. 

Due to COVID-19 pandemy, we have updated our cancellation policy and refund conditions for 2020/21 winter season to allow you to look forward to your holiday without undue concern. We have added some clauses : 
- If our ski school is subject to an administrative closure by the French government due to COVID-19
- Or if you cannot travel due to restrictions imposed by your country or France, including a mandatory lockdown when you arrive in France or return to your country
Ski Cool will apply 100% of the refund, as soon as you notify your cancellation request before the D-day of the start of your lessons.

  • Sanitary protocols to welcome you in optimal conditions 
We will implement several measures such as frequent cleaning of work areas and equipment after each new client. Access to the reception desk will be limited to 4 people and wearing a mask will be mandatory to come inside. Masks will be available for purchase and hydroalcoholic hand sanitizer will be provided in our office. We will prioritize the dematerialization of your lessons tickets, equipment rental vouchers and ski passes to avoid you travel between your accomodation and our facilities.   
At the meeting point, wearing masks will be mandatory at the beginning and at the end of lessons, for instructors and people over 11 years old. All the equipment provided (bibs, transceivers, probes, shovels and bags) will be loaned individually and clean after each use.

For the moment, no restrictions have been announced to limit the number of students in our group lessons. Nevertheless, Ski Cool is used to offering limited group lessons (10 for adults skiing / 8 for children and snowboarding). This usual measure will make it possible to respect the distancing and to progress quickly.
