This year again, we will do our utmost to ensure your safety and the smooth running of your stay in Val Thorens. We will wait for the official directives concerning the ski resorts to communicate on our commitments.
Our refund policy remains the same so that you can book your lessons with a light heart. Therefore, Ski Cool will apply a 100% refund of the amount paid for the reservation, from the moment the cancellation request is notified before the D-day of the start of your lessons:
- if our ski school is forced to close due to COVID-19,
- if you are unable to travel due to restrictions from you country or from France, including imposed quarantine,
- if you test positive before your trip or during your stay in Val Thorens and can show a medical proof,
